The Senate Aging Committee Wants to Hear About Your Falls Prevention Programs

The Senate wants to hear from you about how to prevent falls and manage falls-related injuries. When the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging is working on falls prevention, they turn to occupational therapy for our expertise. The Committee is putting together a report on falls, which are the leading cause of fatal and nonfatal injuries among older adults. They asked AOTA to help develop questions to guide the report and to solicit responses from occupational therapy
