Update profile/join AOTA by January 5

Your AOTA member profile informs what appears on your ballot for the 2026 AOTA Elections

If you are already an AOTA member

In alignment with our bylaws, all members who wish to participate in the election should update the following information in their MyAOTA profile no later than January 5, 2026 (30 days prior to the election opening).

Update your email address to ensure you receive ballot instructions.
Confirm your address, which will be used for location eligibility in electing RA representatives.
Confirm or update your Special Interest Section selection(s), which are shown in the “Demographics” section.

If you are NOT an AOTA member

Be advised that the record date is set in Article IX, Section 4.A.1 of the Bylaws: “The record date for determining members entitled to notice of and to vote in an election shall be 30 days prior to the meeting or action requiring a determination by the members.” Per the AOTA Bylaws, one must be an AOTA member as of January 5, 2026 (30 days prior to the start of the elections vote) to be eligible to vote in the 2026 AOTA Elections starting February 4, 2026.
