Important Record Date for 2026 Elections
Be advised that the record date is set in Article IX, Section 4.A.1 of the Bylaws: “The record date for determining members entitled to notice of and to vote in an election shall be 30 days prior to the meeting or action requiring a determination by the members.” Per the AOTA Bylaws, one must be an AOTA member as of January 5, 2026 (30 days prior to the start of the elections vote) to be eligible to vote in the 2026 AOTA Elections starting February 4, 2026.

- By January 5, 2026 - Update your AOTA member profile or sign up to become an AOTA member.
- January 14, 2026 at 8:00 pm ET - Evening #1 with 2026 AOTA Election Candidates
- January 21, 2026 at 8:00 pm ET - Evening #2 with 2026 AOTA Election Candidates
- February 4, 2026 at 11:59 am ET (just before noon) - Voting opens
- February 25, 2026 at 11:59 am ET (just before noon) - Voting closes
