AOTA invites prospective presenters to submit proposals to the following conferences. Please note the deadline for each submission process. Each year there are 4 to 5 events that have a separate submission process. We invite you to apply!

Mid-November 2025: Everyone who submits a completed proposal will be contacted via email with the status of their submission’s acceptance status.
Please note: Each submitter is limited to one submission, not including a submission previously entered during June's Call for Papers. The individual submitting may add someone different as Primary Speaker (person who receives all communication regarding any proposal); therefore, it is possible to be the Primary Speaker on multiple submissions. It is also possible to still be a part of the submission as a Co-Presenter (additional speaker on the session) or Contributing Author (supported research for the session but is not involved in presenting).
