Legislation Introduced to Encourage CMS to Increase Access to Occupational Therapy Services Via Telehealth

Representatives Cindy Axne (D-Iowa), Troy Balderson (R-Ohio), and French Hill (R-Arkansas) introduced a bill on April 24 that would ensure that the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) extends the agency's current telehealth waiver authority to cover occupational therapy practitioners and other therapists.
