The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018

Passage of the Bipartisan Budget Act (HR 1892; BBA2018) on February 8 triggered multiple changes to federal Medicare reimbursement policy, including the permanent repeal of the Medicare outpatient therapy cap, changes to home health payment models, and changes to future OTA reimbursement under Medicare Part B.
