AOTA Champions SISP Week
On May 1st, S. Res 181 unanimously passed the Senate, proclaiming April 8-April 12, 2019 as "National Specialized Instructional Support Personnel (SISP) Appreciation Week." Although a minor technical error delayed the resolution's passage until after the April date, the unanimous agreement on this resolution is an important landmark! This marks the first year the SISP appreciation week resolution was introduced in the Senate and reached bipartisan support
