Interprofessional practice education experiences: Enhancing student readiness for practice

Undergraduate college and university student demographics continue to evolve, leading to an environment in which it is challenging to provide services to meet all students’ diverse educational and psychosocial needs. Many university student services lack the necessary knowledge and resources to adequately support neurodiverse and nontraditional students, thus creating an unjust academic environment and barriers that affect undergraduate occupational success (Gillispie-Lynch et al., 2017; Ker & van Gorp, 2023).
