During this time of the year, many people enjoy spending time with their families, friends, or communities to celebrate or make meaning of the natural cycles of life. Celebrations involve much more than the events themselves—they encompass preparations, shared activities, and the emotional bonds formed through collective experiences (Granbom et al., 2024).
