RISE pathways program: Mentorship matters

The RISE (Recruiting, Inclusion, Sustainability, Education) Pathways Program is a national leadership initiative created by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), supported by the Sandra Hoskins Legacy Foundation (SHLF) to the Fund to Promote Occupational Therapy. Initially launched as the Diverse Leaders Program (DLP), the initiative evolved into the RISE Pathways Program to expand its reach and deepen its impact within the occupational therapy profession.
