A seasoned occupational therapist (OT) working in pediatric care sought a way to expedite administrative tasks—without compromising values of highly personalized care that aligns with clients’ needs, wants, and expectations. Tasks like creating client resources for home, developing new and engaging treatment plans, supporting fieldwork students, and staying organized with documentation are all important, albeit nonbillable, parts of the occupational therapy practitioner (OTP) role.
