University OT Programs: Broader Options, More Focused Targets

As occupational therapy grows and evolves as a field, the educational needs of current and future OTPs are bound to change as well. Colleges and universities are acutely aware of changes coming to the field, and many are adjusting their programs to serve targeted groups of students and working clinicians. Some are offering students and clinicians a broader array of options for study, while others are seeking to offer new and specialized opportunities for research and practice.
