AOTA DEI Committee begins next phase

The inaugural AOTA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee was formed in June 2021 to operationalize the AOTA vision for a diverse and inclusive profession. The committee is composed of nine occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants. The members, who come from academic and clinical settings, are committed to and passionate about advancing DEI in the occupational therapy profession.
