VIRTUAL REGISTRATION OPTION ADDED! A new virtual registration option has been added for attendees. Virtual attendees will get access to live stream for the keynote, closing, and all concurrent sessions and access to all session recordings.

In-Person attendees have the option to purchase conference recordings to access via OTLearn for up to one year! Recordings cost an additional $99 for AOTA members and $149 for non-members.
Recordings will include keynote and closing presentations, and all concurrent sessions. Pre-conference sessions, Conversations That Matter, and posters will not be recorded or live streamed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your conference registration, notify AOTA by email at conference@aota.org. A $75 processing fee will be applied to all cancellation requests made through September 25, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after September 25, 2026. or for “no-shows.” Substitutions are accepted with written notice. Send questions regarding this policy to conference@aota.org.
