Exam Prep Update from AOTA

Some Exam Prep users may be experiencing access issues. We are working on solutions as expeditiously as possible and appreciate your patience.

How do I log on to AOTA Exam Prep?

• Visit learning.aota.org and log in if directed with your AOTA-affiliated email address. If you haven’t logged in since October 28, 2025, you may need to reset your password.
• If you successfully accessed Exam Prep but your content has expired, contact learning@aota.org.

If logging into learning.aota.org doesn’t give you access to Exam Prep:

• To login, please go to https://aota.benchprep.com/login and select "Reset Password."
• Make sure to check your spam folder and/or add learningsupport@aota.org to your safe sender list.
• If you’re prompted to reset your password on the enhanced MyAOTA, please click “forgot your password,” then log on with your AOTA-affiliated email address and one will be sent to you.
• While many users can access through this method, others have reported issues with access and/or receiving their password. If this is your experience, please contact learning@aota.org.
