AOTA Fellowship Program Requirements
We encourage you to first review the documents listed below to understand both the Fellowship Program requirements as well as the amount of time needed to apply for AOTA recognition of a fellowship program.

AOTA Fellowship Program Accreditation Process
The initial process for accreditation starts with submitting:
1. An Intent to Seek Accreditation form on any dates but at least 90 days prior to submitting your Candidacy Application by one these review cycle deadlines—May 1, September 1, or December 1.
2. Then a Candidacy Application by at least 90 days from the submission date of the Intent to Seek Approval Form.
The Intent to Seek Accreditation form and Candidacy Application can be accessed through the OpenWater portal.
