Where can I access my purchased digital content?
- E-books can be accessed through your digital bookshelf at https://library.aota.org/
- Continuing Education courses, recorded webinars, and recorded on-demand conference content can be accessed through OT Learn at https://otlearn.aota.org/my/
- Exam Prep can be accessed at learning.aota.org (see instructions below on how to log into Exam Prep)
As of 1/23/2026:
ADVANCED CERTIFICATION – BCG, BCP, or BCPR Exams
PAYMENT PROCESSING. When attempting to submit payment for these exams, you may be faced with an error message which may prevent you from completing the payment process. We are aware of this matter and are working with several vendors to resolve it as quickly as possible. Once you submit your application, you will be contacted with next steps once the payment link is functional, to resume the application process.
RECERTIFICATION. While you can submit your application for recertification, you may be faced with an error message which may prevent you from completing the payment process. We are aware of this matter and are working with several vendors to resolve it as quickly as possible.
ELIGIBILITY. You may encounter messaging that you are not eligible to take these exams. We are aware of this matter and are working with several vendors to resolve it as quickly as possible.

EXAM PREP. Some Exam Prep users may be experiencing access issues. We are working on solutions as expeditiously as possible and appreciate your patience.
How do I log on to AOTA Exam Prep?
- Visit learning.aota.org
- Log in with your MyAOTA credentials (the same email and password you use to log into www.aota.org)
- If you need to reset your password, please click “Forgot password” and enter the primary email address on your account. Then, look for a password reset link at that address.
- If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to learning@aota.org.

OT LEARN (otlearn.aota.org). OT Learn subscribers should now be able to access purchases made after October 25. If you do not see your purchase, please email customerservice@aota.org.
As of 11/11/2025:
OT LEARN (otlearn.aota.org). OT Learn is now back online. Visit otlearn.aota.org and log in if directed with your AOTA-affiliated email address. If you haven’t logged in since October 28, 2025, you may need to reset your password.
UPDATE: 11/14: OT Learn subscribers should now be able to access purchases made after October 25.

AOTA STORE
SHIPMENTS. UPDATE 12/10 - Normal shipping has resumed.
We are experiencing significant delays in shipments of books and other physical items.
eBOOKS. UPDATE 12/9 - All purchased e-books now visible on digital bookshelf.
To access your purchased e-books in your digital bookshelf, visit library.aota.org. Then, log out and log in again to view your e-books.
OT LEARN (otlearn.aota.org). UPDATE: 11/11 - OT Learn is back online.
We are aware that OT Learn is offline and are actively working with our technical partner to bring it back online. We are testing solutions.
Continuing Education Certificates. We’re in the process of transferring continuing education certificates into our platform and will update as soon as possible on timing.
MEMBERSHIP UPDATES
During our system upgrade, AOTA converted all memberships from our prior system to our new system. As can occur with many data conversions, some records may not have converted as expected. If your membership information does not look correct to you, please email customerservice@aota.org.
PASSWORD UPDATES
If you’re logging on for the first time since October 28, you’ll need to create a new password. Click “forgot your password,” then log on with your AOTA-affiliated email address for one to be sent to you. If you don't see a password reset email, please check your junk folder and make sure you add customerservice@aota.org to your safe sender list.
