Blueprint for Success: Measurable Learning Contracts for Level II Fieldwork Students at Risk for Failing
Unsatisfactory performance during Level II fieldwork creates challenges for everyone involved. Although these situations are rare, they are highly stressful and very time consuming. This article will address how to recognize when a learning contract is needed and how to navigate the learning contract process using a systematic and evidence-based approach to identifying problems, setting measurable goals, and developing strategies to facilitate goal attainment.
