Fostering Well Being Preventing Burnout and Building Resilience

In this session, participants will explore practical strategies for maintaining personal well-being, preventing burnout, and building resilience in both their professional and personal lives. Learn how to recognize signs of stress, set healthy boundaries, and develop habits that support long-term success and balance. Whether you're an emerging or experienced leader, this session will provide tools to help you stay energized, focused, and well-equipped to thrive in a demanding environment.

Session Speaker

Dr. Ginny Stoffel earned her Ph.D. in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service from the Cardinal Stritch University in 2007, a Master of Science in Educational Psychology, Counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Therapy at St. Catherine University.

Her research interests include military veteran reintegration, particularly in higher education, leadership development, and lived experiences of people recovering from mental health concerns, using participatory action approaches and photovoice. She is licensed as an occupational therapist in Wisconsin and enjoys balancing her work with students, veterans, community and professional leadership, and her growing family.
