The 2026 Education Summit will take place in person in Indianapolis, IN, November 13-14 2026, with pre-conference sessions on November 12. All conference sessions will be held at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your conference registration, notify AOTA by email at conference@aota.org. A $75 processing fee will be applied to all cancellation requests made through October 30, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after October 30, 2026 or for “no-shows.” Substitutions are accepted with written notice. Send questions regarding this policy to conference@aota.org.

If you have the need for an ADA accessible room, after you select the Dates and Type of Room, please check the "Accessible Room" box and write down your ADA needs under "Requests" when you enter your information. The hotel reviews those requests weekly and will update your room to an ADA room in our block.
