Discussion of Alice Wong's book Disability Visibility

The Developmental Disabilities Special Interest Section is hosting a Journal Club during which we will discuss Disability Visibility by Alice Wong.

This book provides first-person vignettes from a wide variety of individuals with disabilities, both visible and hidden. The meeting will focus on discussing the most poignant moments from the book and how learning from these lived experiences may impact clinical practice.
