In this practice chat, participants will hear from a Pediatric Fellowship Coordinators and other leaders at AOTA-Accredited programs across the country.

Each coordinator will provide a brief overview of their program, including details on the application process and upcoming key dates.

Come learn about all of the exciting programs offered that combine mentored clinical practice with scholarly and leadership elements to jumpstart your career as a pediatric specialist!

Kelly Tanner, PhD, OTR/L, BCP, FAOTA, Fellowship Program Coordinator, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus, OH. Dr. Tanner is a Research Scientist and Fellowship Program Coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, where she supports practitioners’ engagement in research, education, and quality improvement.

Erin Cochran, MA, OTR/L, Fellowship Program Coordinator, Oregon Health & Science University LEND Program; Portland, OR. Erin is an assistant professor and the occupational therapy fellowship program coordinator at the Institute on Development and Disability at OHSU in Portland, OR with clinical focuses in the areas of feeding, assistive technology, and neuromuscular conditions.

Abbie Nelson, MOT, OTR/L, BCP, Primary Mentor, UNMC Munro-Meyer Institute, Omaha, NE. Abbie has 11 years experience in pediatrics specializing in school-based practice and assistive technology to support student success.

Dawn Gordon, MOT, OTR, Fellowship Program Coordinator, Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston, MA. Dawn is an outpatient occupational therapist and Fellowship Program Coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital where she supports clinical mentorship, program development, and the treatment of children and adolescents with diverse care needs.

Charlene Woo, OTR/L, Fellowship Mentor, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. Charlene Woo, OTR/L, is a past fellow (2023) who is currently working in the NICU and conducting research in a neurogenetics clinic. She serves as an infant mentor for current fellows.

Lori Ragni, MS, OTR/L, BCP, Fellowship Program Coordinator, NYU Langone Health Rusk Rehabilitation, New York, NY. Lori is the associate director of Occupational Therapy at NYU Rusk Rehab and a Rehabilitation Sciences PhD candidate at NYU Steinhardt.

Tricia Easley, OTR/L, CPAM, SIPT, Fellowship Program Coordinator, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Atlanta, GA. Tricia Easley is the Manager of Rehabilitative Services at Arthur M. Blank Hospital at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), the Coordinator of the CHOA Pediatric Fellowship Program, and serves on the AOTA Roster of Fellowship Reviewers.

Marisa Welch, OTD, OTR/L, BCP, Pediatric Fellowship Coordinator, Creighton University, Omaha, NE. Dr. Welch is an Assistant Professor in Creighton’s Occupational Therapy Program, practices as an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist, and is the Pediatric Fellowship Coordinator at Creighton University in Omaha, NE.

Jamie Donovan, MOT, OTR/L, BCP, Fellowship Coordinator. Jamie is an occupational therapist at Cincinnati Children’s where she specializes in treating autistic children in the outpatient/school-based setting as well as directing the OT Fellowship Program.
