PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Burnout is becoming all too common in therapy, but it’s not just about challenging clients, long hours or too much documentation. It’s also the everyday stressors that chip away at our love for what we do and connection to our work.
In this live webinar sponsored by Ensora Health, occupational therapist and clinic founder Dillen Hartley joins us for a candid conversation about burnout: what causes it, how to spot it, and practical ways we find balance in ourselves and responsibilities. As one of the original creators of the Ensora Rehab Therapy Suite (formerly Fusion), an all-in-one electronic medical records (EMR) solution, Dillen brings a unique perspective on how smarter workflows, stronger team culture, and therapist-designed tools can make a real difference.
Learning Objectives
- Develop a clearer understanding of what burnout looks like and why it happens
- Recognize the hidden factors that contribute to therapist exhaustion
- Apply practical strategies to reduce burden and create space for meaningful work
Bonus: Registrants will receive a downloadable handout to help recognize and prevent burnout in their practice.
