The Effect of Rescinded Special Ed Guidance on OT Practitioners
On Friday, October 20th, the Department of Education released a list of 72 rescinded guidance documents related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. AOTA policy staff is currently reviewing all of the documents listed; an early analysis shows that the listed guidance documents were either outdated or no longer necessary.
