Accessibility

Accessibility of our materials is important to AOTA. AOTA.org launched in 2022 in compliance with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These standards, and subsequent updates, were developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. AOTA is continually improving our website and applying the relevant accessibility standards. With that in mind, we are working in a phased way to meet the new WCAG requirements to make our materials as accessible as possible; however, some accessibility limitations might exist.
