Leadership Update: October 2026 AOTA Board of Directors Meeting

Thank you to the AOTA members who joined us for the Board of Directors meeting on October 16. In August, I promised clear, transparent updates after the meeting and our strategic priorities, so I wanted to share a brief synopsis of what we discussed. Our focus remains on five key priorities: membership, meetings and events, operations, non-core revenue, and job architecture and talent. In addition, the Board of Directors approved a 4 percent increase in membership dues, the first in two years, which will take effect on January 1.
