Leadership update: Key priorities for the year ahead

It was a busy August! Many thanks to the AOTA members who joined us for the Annual Business Meeting and the Board of Directors meeting. One piece of feedback we heard was the desire for updates around overarching strategic initiatives, so we wanted to provide some information on key areas of organizational focus and priority. At both meetings, we discussed priorities that are front and center for AOTA, including membership, meetings and events, operations, non-dues revenue, and job architecture and talent.
