ICD-10 Testing

March 3 – 7, 2014 will be the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) National Testing Week for ICD-10. Throughout the week CMS will conduct virtual tests with registered, current direct submitters (providers and clearinghouses) in preparation for the transition to ICD-10 coding on October 1, 2014. Trading partners will have access to the Medicare Administrative Contractor’s (MACs) and Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) and "real-time help desk support" during the national testing week.
