Beth Goodrich, MS, MEd, OTR, ATP, is the supervisor for Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy services in the Houston (Texas) Independent School District. She is pursuing doctoral study in educational psychology at the University of Houston. Goodrich has provided occupational therapy services in schools for children with disabilities for more than 20 years. Her focus is on addressing the AT needs of children from ages 3 to 22. Goodrich has provided many professional development courses for school-based professionals at local, state, and national conferences on using AT to support children with disabilities. She has served on the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Technology Special Interest Section standing committee and has been involved in the revision of the technology competencies for occupational therapists in response to a charge from the AOTA Representative Assembly.

Lynn Gitlow, PhD, OTR/L, ATP, has been an occupational therapist for 20 years specializing in mental health and AT. She is the director of the occupational therapy program at Husson College and co-director of the Technical Exploration Center, Maine’s AT loan program. Gitlow has presented at local and international conferences on the topic of AT. She received a postbaccalaureate certificate in occupational therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and a PhD in disability policy from the University of Maine. She is certified by RESNA as an AT practitioner.

Judith Schoonover, MEd, OTR/L, ATP, received her BS in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University, a preliminary teaching credential from Chapman University, and a MEd in Integrating Technology in Schools from George Mason University. She is certified as an AT practitioner by RESNA and is a founding member of the Loudoun County (VA) Public Schools AT team. Schoonover has been active in occupational therapy for more than 30 years; she is the continuing education chair for the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association and the communication liaison for the AOTA Early Intervention and School Special Interest Section.
