The forms for both were created as companion documents and share the same guiding structure: the major steps of the occupational therapy process.
Learning Objectives
By the conclusion of this online course and the mini multiple-choice exams at the end of each lesson, you will be able to:
- Identify the purpose of Level II fieldwork for the occupational therapy and occupational therapy assistant student
- Recognize entry-level performance competency
- Identify how entry-level competency is conceptualized on the Fieldwork Performance Evaluation Forms (FWPEs)
