Presenters Bio
Judy C. Colditz, OT/L, CHT, FAOTA is a well-known author, presenter, and clinician who has taught courses, workshops, and lectured throughout the United States and Canada and in 27 countries outside North America. She is past-president of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT) and has been a three-time recipient of the best clinical paper award at the ASHT Annual Meeting. In 2000 she co-authored the 3D anatomy CD, The Interactive Hand: Therapy Edition, and subsequently wrote an accompanying self-paced clinical course published by the American Occupational Therapy Association. She has written numerous article and chapters and currently she serves as president of the International Federation of Societies for Hand Therapy.
Richard S. Moore, Jr., MD is a hand/upper extremity and microvascular specialist who was previously assistant professor in Orthopedics at Duke University Medical Center. Dr Moore is fellowship trained in hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery. He completed his fellowship at Duke University Medical Center where he subsequently practiced as an assistant professor from 1997 to 2000 and directed the orthopaedic trauma service. Dr Moore also completed an AO Traveling Preceptorship in pelvic and acetabular trauma in Los Angeles, California. He joined Wilmington Orthopaedic Group in July 2000.
