4. Contact your legislators on Facebook (15 minutes)
An important part of promoting our profession is advocacy. Did you know that most senators and representatives are on Facebook? Find your legislators and contact them or write on their wall during OT Month (find Facebook profiles for members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate). Visit AOTA's Legislative Action Center to learn about the issues AOTA is advocating on the Hill, and get ideas about what to write. |
