Evaluate and provide intervention for clients with dysphagia. At entry level, occupational therapists possess an academic foundation in the area of occupation of eating and feeding and in the observed performance skills and patterns needed for accomplishing eating and feeding. This foundation provides the basis on which to formulate a dysphagia intervention plan.

This Self-Paced Clinical Course advances occupational therapists' skills in evaluating and providing intervention for clients with dysphagia, at entry level or advanced dysphagia care. It helps you advance to becoming a skilled dysphagia clinician and is a current reference for occupational therapists already involved in dysphagia care. The lessons present issues basic and critical to effective dysphagia management
