5. As a reminder, AOTA offers all speakers a full complement of audiovisual equipment. All educational session rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer with DVD, screen, LCD projector, wired lavaliere podium microphone, and wired table microphone. If you have any other audiovisual needs please let us know by March 19th by sending your request to conference@aota.org. Please note - you must use the laptops provided in the session rooms. The AV company cannot be switching laptops out.
AOTA has made arrangements for you to submit your presentation ahead of time to our AV company - AVMG. You will receive an e-mail from them within the next several days. We are sure you will be pleased with this new speaker service.
6. AOTA will not be doing individual evaluations of each educational session. Instead, we will provide evaluation forms for the scanners to pass out at each session and you may feel free to collect them for your own review.
7. The Conference Program Guide has now been posted to the Web site. The link is http://www.aota.org/ConfandEvents/Conf/41504.aspx The Guides will be distributed onsite in Long Beach.
We will communicate again with all primary speakers again in late March with room confirmation information and room sizes so you are able to prepare an adequate number of handouts.
As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns to conference@aota.org
