Speaker Concierge Service
Prior to conference, you have the option to upload your session presentation to our AV vendor's site. By uploading your file ahead of time, your presentation will be loaded onto the computer when you arrive to your session. Instructions will be emailed to all primary speakers in March. The speaker concierge will be located in the Convention Center in room 27A. Please note the hours below. AV staff will be available if you need technical assistance with your presentation.

Audio/Visual Equipment Provided
AOTA offers the following AV equipment in all session rooms.
- Laptop computer equipped with DVD player and Microsoft Office
- Sound system / speakers
- Wired Internet access.
- LCD Screen
- LCD Projector
- Podium and table microphones
If your presentation requires equipment NOT listed above, please submit your special request here by March 20, 2013. Any equipment requested after this date will be at the presenter's expense.
