Within 24 hours of the end of Annual Conference, you will be able to download your own contact hour letter from the AOTA Web site. Read about the specifics in the Program Guide that you will receive onsite. Each attendee will receive a CE Scorebook to keep track of the sessions they are attending when they pick up their Conference tote in San Diego Convention Center. It is important to use this Scorebook to keep track of all of the sessions you attend.

Build Your Conference Itinerary Online
The printed Conference Program Guide will be distributed on site. A pdf version of the Guide will be available for download from the AOTA Conference website. You can build your Conference itinerary prior to arriving in San Diego, by using the Program Planner. The Program Planner can be used to search the program, view session descriptions, learning objectives and building and updating your itinerary. You will need to create a login and password in order to save your itinerary. Instructional videos will be available in the coming months.
In the Search box, enter session number, topic category, session type, or date. In addition, you can use Advanced Search by using a keyword to find a session. All sessions will be listed in the print or online Program Announcement (available in January). To add a session, place a check mark in the box by clicking on it and repeat with each selected session. Click on the “Itinerary” icon to view your schedule.
