Cancellation /Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, notify AOTA in writing by e-mail to
studentconclave@aota.org, or fax (301-652-1417) no later than November 3, 2009. Refunds will not be issued after November 3 or for “no-shows;” and a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Substitutions are always welcomed. Refund requests will be processed after November 21, 2009. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to AOTA via e-mail to
