AOTA has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at Hilton Baltimore in Inner Harbor at exceptional rates. Each guest room has high-speed internet access (wired/wireless) and a large plasma screen television with on-demand entertainment. Your Hilton Baltimore reservation supports AOTA’s efforts to bring students an affordable meeting and helps AOTA protect your membership dollars by avoiding attrition penalties.
Rates
- $119 sing/double (1–2 people, 1–2 beds)
- $129 triple; $139 quad (3–4 people, 2 beds)
- $144 Concierge/Towers single/double occupancy only
Rollaway beds are permitted in King rooms only with a fee of $25 for up to 7 days.
Hotel rates do not include local taxes (13.5%) per room, per night. Tax rate is subject to change.
Making Your Reservation
- Visit the Hilton Website or call 1-800-HILTONS and tell the agent that you are attending the AOTA/NBCOT National Student Conclave.
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
- Be ready to give contact and credit card information, occupant names and arrival/departure dates, room type, and accessibility needs.
- Wire transfers and purchase orders will not be accepted.
- Deposits are refundable for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to reserved arrival date.
- Reservations after October 30 are subject to space availability and accorded the group rate.
- You can ask for e-mail or fax confirmation of reservation(s) and/or reservation changes.
- Check in is 3:00 pm; check out is 12:00 noon.
Hotel Parking for Guests: Self-park for $26/day or valet park for $36/day.
