Poster Sessions
Please review the information on this page specific to Poster presentations.
Poster board size will be 4' x 8'.
Poster presenters receive the discounted Speaker registration rate. Select "Speaker" when registering for Conference.
Continuing Education
- Poster presenters will receive stickers to give to attendees after they interact with you about your Poster. Attendees can receive up to 2 contact hours per Poster session. Full credit is given to those who visit with at least 10 Poster presenters.
- Poster presenters will receive a CE letter for presenting via e-mail after conference.
Poster Sessions Schedule: Posters will be set up in the Exhibit Hall of the Convention Center according to your assigned date and time.

AOTA cannot assume responsibility for any poster left after tear down time for each day. We have a very tight turnaround time for poster set-up and teardown. You are required to be present at your poster during the entire assigned poster session.
The turn around time will be very tight in the Expo.It is very important that you take your Poster down immediately at the conclusion of your session as the next session could be starting in the next half- hour.
Please make sure you place your Poster on the board displaying your poster number.
As a reminder - speakers are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted material.
Speaker Check-in at the Speaker Counter
- Student presenters will receive a card with the SPOTS (Scholarship Projects by Occupational Therapy Students) logo to place on the Poster board.
- Poster presenters DO NOT need to upload your presentation ahead of time with the Speaker Concierge. This is not applicable for Poster presentations.
