Speaker Concierge Service
You will be able to download your presentation to our AV vendor's website prior to arriving at Conference or you can bring your presentation on a flash drive to the Speaker Concierge room, in the Indianapolis Convention Cente,r for downloading. Complete information will be provided in a future e-mail.
Audio/Visual Equipment Provided
AOTA offers a full complement of audiovisual equipment to session presenters. All educational session rooms will be equipped with the following:
- Internet Acess New!
- LCD screen
- LCD projector
- Podium and table microphones
- Laptop computer, equipped with CD/DVD player and Microsoft Office
- Sound system/speakers
If your presentation requires equipment NOT listed above, please provide your request here, by March 25, 2012. Any equipment not requested by this date will be at the presenter’s expense.
