10-05-05 - Unified IDEA Partnership Launches Web Site

The IDEA Partnership recently announced the launch of its new Web site at www.ideapartnership.org. The Web site reflects the collaborative work of more than 55 national organizations, including AOTA, as well as other federally-funded regional and technical centers. AOTA contributed to the development of the Web site with collaborative efforts that have been incorporated throughout the site. Links to AOTA materials can be found within the Topics Database.

The Partnership is dedicated to improving outcomes for students and youth with disabilities by joining state agencies and stakeholders through shared work and learning. Partnership work is described in the row of buttons across the top of the page. The front page will always hold the most important new information on IDEA 2004 and No Child Left Behind (NCLB). You will find other important information by clicking on "Latest News." Information, resources, and services can be found along the left side. The information unfolds in a natural way and provides links to help you find the information you need.

The IDEA Partnership is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) and located at the National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE).
